It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to commend your company and especially your property sales and marketing agent, Nigel Gilberd for the efficient and professional manner in which he dealt with my wife and I during the purchase of the above property through your company.
It began with the viewing of the property. Due to his full appointment schedule for the day, Nigel was unable to meet with us at the time we were free on the Sunday afternoon, and so he went out of his way to arrange for one of his colleagues to show us the house at our preferred time.
Then when I rang him on the Monday morning to put in an offer and to sign the contract he put himself at our disposal and we agreed a suitable time. At this meeting Nigel brought all the relevant paperwork and slowly and comprehensively took us through each document, making sure we understood what we were signing and patiently answering our questions as first time home buyers. Nigel rang us shortly after lunch to congratulate us and inform us that the vendors had signed the contract and accepted our offer and terms.
Throughout the process over the next two weeks, although he was out of the loop as we were dealing with the lawyers and the Building Society, Nigel continued to phone us in order to make sure that we were happy with the process and to find out if we had any queries. He was also always available if we phoned and needed a question answered.
We are more than glad to commend Nigel for his dedication and loyalty experienced through his personal integrity, honesty and endeavour which we experienced in dealing with him. Nigel's outgoing nature and adaptable and friendly nature made him a pleasure to deal with as we are sure has been experienced by the many people he has dealt with in the business of selling houses.
